Acupuncture
In Chinese Medical Philosophy the human body is built up with lines or channels through which the energy (qi) of the body flows. Along these channels are many points of entry into the body. These are called Acupuncture Points. In modern times, acupuncture is the practice of inserting fine sterile stainless steel needles into these points to remove blockages and imbalances, and encourage the qi energy and blood to circulate smoothly throughout the body.   This stimulates the body to heal itself.

Acupuncture needling creates a variety of sensations that vary from person to person: numbness, heat, aching, moving and occasionally a pricking feeling.

Side Effects:   Side effects are minimal but they do exist.   Bruising may occur at the needle site and the puncturing of an internal organ has been recorded. Every care is taken to ensure the safety of all clients. Please advise if you are pregnant, have hepatitis, AIDS or any other infectious disease.

Tik Dah

Tik Dah Treatment uses the philosophy of Acupuncture to locate and fix an injury to the bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, veins and nervous system. Treatment is according to the fact of what the physical problem is and where it is.

The main task is to remove the cause of pain. It is used to fix back, shoulder, neck and joint problems and is excellent for all injuries, headaches and stress. It is a comfortable and pain free combination of massage, herbal treatment and manipulation according to your individual needs and problems.

When you have pain or trouble it usually comes from an injury even though the injury may have occurred years before.
